The following examples reflect the range of the Foundation’s work. Alongside past engagements, they include the latest donation to Bärenherz on 2 October 2026.
Bärenherz was the very first charitable engagement of the Foundation, which was established in 2009. On 2 October 2026, Stefan Schreiter presented a further donation to Ms Haas, head of Bärenherz, on behalf of the Erika und Erwin Schreiter Stiftung.Read the story & view photos
The Foundation supported a primary school in Cologne-Neubrück over an extended period. This included measures that improved the school environment and opportunities for movement and shared experiences.
Kinderfarm Biberbau combines experiencing nature, practical learning and independent discovery. The Foundation supported an educational concept in which knowledge is not only taught, but experienced directly.
The Foundation contributed to a school project designed to create space for several hundred children and young people. The concept included classrooms and the facilities required for the day-to-day operation of a school.
The Foundation supported a scientific environment that enabled specialists in HIV research and the development of new approaches to collaborate more closely. Participants included the Institute for HIV Research at Essen University Hospital and the German AIDS Foundation.
